Terms of Payment
- Payment is expected net 30 days
from the date of invoice with approved credit.
- Past Due invoices may be subject
to a 1.5% monthly service charge.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard and
American Express for
your convenience.

Shipping
- Most orders will be shipped UPS
Ground with the freight prepaid and added to the invoice.
- Please notify us if you need
special handling.

Returns
- Current Therapeutics cannot
accept unauthorized returns. Your complete satisfaction is our
goal.
- If your purchase does not meet
with your approval, notify us within 10 days to arrange for an
exchange or refund.
- Items not returned in their
original containers may be subject to restocking fees.

Damaged Goods
- We take great care in filling,
checking and packing your order.
- Damaged or short shipments should
be reported immediately.
- Damage to a shipping container
must be noted with carrier at the time of delivery.
- Please be sure to save all
packaging materials as they are needed for insurance purposes.
If a shipment arrives damaged...
- Note damage on the delivery bill
and have driver sign it acknowledging the damage.
- Contact Current Therapeutics' Customer Service Department at
(800) 458-3210 to start processing an insurance claim.
If an item is missing from your
shipment...
- Call Customer Service immediately
- Once 30 days have passed, no credit will be
issued for the missing product.

Product Warranty
- All products come with a
manufacturers warranty which will be honored by Current Therapeutics
for the term of warranty.
- On any products without a stated
warranty, we will provide a 90 day warranty.
